Payment and Refund Policy

At Mcgerr Sons, we take pride in providing top-quality floor cleaning and polishing services across the United States. This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms related to payments and refunds in compliance with applicable U.S. laws.

Payment Terms

Payments for our services can be made via credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, or other secure payment methods. A deposit may be required prior to scheduling the service. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

All prices quoted are final and include applicable taxes where required. We ensure transparent billing and no hidden fees.

Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our service, please notify us within 7 days. We will review your claim and, if justified, provide a refund, a repeat service, or another resolution.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method. Refunds are not applicable for services that meet the agreed standards and specifications.
